How long does it take to get my order?

Orders are generally manufactured in 2-4 weeks and delivery is shortly after.

How will my item arrrive?

To keep shipping costs down, all items are flat packed and sent in multiple packages. This means your delivery could arrive over multiple days. 

Where is pick up?

Our factory is located in Stapylton- Northern Gold Coast. 

When can I pick my furniture up?

We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up. Pick up is available Monday- Thursday 6am-4pm, Friday and Saturday by appointment. After hours pick up can also be arranged on certain days by appointment. Please let us know the time you will picking up your order so we can make sure someone is at the factory to meet you. 

When do you deliver?

Local delivery only items are delivered Monday- Thursdays between the hours of 6am and 3pm. We will contact you with a day and time for your delivery. 

All other shipped items are delivered by couriers during their standard hours.

Where do you deliver?

Most items can be shipped Australia wide with only a few post codes that we are not able to deliver to. 

Local delivery only items can be delivered all over Brisbane and Gold Coast and Out to Ipswich. We travel in approximately a 60km radius of our factory as we do our own deliveries. This enables us to make sure everything is delivered in great condition.

Why do some of your items have joins in them?

All of our bigger items that get shipped via courier are required to have 1-2 joins in them due to shipping size restrictions. 

If you are local and do not want a join in your item and are able to pick it up, you are welcome to contact us to discuss options. 

Where is your furniture made?

All of our furniture is made right here in our factory- Stapylton, Northern Gold Coast, QLD.

Can you do custom size furniture items?

Yes we can do custom sized furniture. We can alter measurements to suit. There is a $99 redesign fee for any custom sizes not able to be selected on the website. If you require a size bigger than listed, send through a contact form for pricing. 

Can you do bulk orders?

Yes we can make as many of any item as you like, contact us for special pricing and lead time. 

Will my drawers fall apart like other brands?

No definitely not! Our drawers feature solid 16mm bottom and back construction with metal sides. They have a drawer load capacity of 30 kg per drawer and feature soft close. The fronts are adjustable- left, right, up and down. The drawer hardware used is typically found in kitchens. 

Can I get colour samples?

Yes you can. If you would like to see colour samples you have 2 options. You can either contact us to make a time to come down to the factory and see samples or we can arrange to post them to you ($5 postage fee applies and will be deducted off any purchase you make). 

If my furniture gets damaged can I get replacement parts?

Yes of course. As we manufacture everything ourselves in house, if something gets damaged, send us a message and we will organise to make a replacement piece. As we often have off cuts, depending on what is damaged, you may find it a very affordable fix. 

If your item arrives damaged:

All damaged parcels/ items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
to claim.

To be able to claim:
Take photos of the packaging, the parcel label (clearly showing the
reference number), and the damaged item (include close ups) and email
them to us.

Why are prices the same for different sizes? Why do prices jump when you go up to certain sizes?

We base our pricing off material use and how many board sheets are required. For our melamine products if you go above 2.38m in length we are required to cut another sheet, hence the price jump.
